                I was very happy with the service I received from Randon of Knights Plumbing & Drain. I was leary about using a water softener in our home. Randon put my fears to ease and explained both the pros and cons to using a water softener. Rather than rush through the job and guess at the settings on the water softener, he asked if I had a water report. When I told him no, he told me he would feel more comfortable if I were to get a report and he would come back and set the softener at the correct settings. I agreed and was very happy that he gave me all this info. I would have had no idea that I needed a water report if he had not brought it up. True to his word Randon came back once I had the report, set the water softener and went over the controls again with me. Randon was a very nice young man. He was pleasant, articulate, and was able to answer all of our questions in a clear and professional manner.

 “Thank you for your prompt response to the broken water pipe coming from the meter under the sidewalk, due to the roots from the huge city sycamore tree. Each of the workmen was pleasant and courteous, and work so hard to dig a neat trench to install the new pipe from the meter to the house. I did appreciate the care they took not to ruin the lawn. The two men who dug up the trench and one man who came to fill up the trench after the inspection all were so conscientious, and clean up well."

Our Plumber Randon kept us informed throughout his visit, answered all of our questions and was very polite. Randon kept taking his booties on and off even though e have crappy carpet and told him he did not have to keep doing that, he insisted because he might leave tracks. Randon gave us multiple options that helped us make our decision. Knights plumbing and Drain was fast, polite courteous and clean.

On 03/30/10 your company responded to my call in a timely manner to my plumbing problem which was a wet carpet inside my closet, 2nd floor was moldy and had a wet carpet amongst other issue, th plumbing technician who was Hector was very good at explaining in detail the problem he found and how he was going to fix it. There are many things about your company that I appreciate. First of all your ability to come out and solve the problem. Generally, when I call it is an emergency. But there have been times when your company, simply follows up on check ups. I think this is great since I don’t always remember when I should schedule the appointments. Secondly, your staff has been wonderful, knowledgeable, considerate and respectful. Your technician Hector came at a time that meant he had a very, very late dinner. He was professional, knowledge efficient, and enabled me to breathe a sign of relief when he cleared a badly clogged shower drain.  A slow drain turned out to require our VERY old drain system to have the galvanized pipes replaced with more modern plastic. Hector gave us a very detailed explanation of what was need and left us satisfied that we have been fairly dealt with. We have used Knights in the past and surely continue to use them in the future.
